Table Request Form

We will be opening the table request form for authors, author groups, and publishers September 26th, 2025 at 8 AM here.

The Sacramento Book Festival will take place at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center in East Sacramento from 10 AM to 5 PM on April 19th, 2026. Tables will be assigned by the Sacramento Book Festival staff. All author, publisher, and author group tables will be indoors and air-conditioned. For vendors in those spaces, the Center will provide tables and chairs.
