Perry Lake has made up stories about monsters and the supernatural since he was a child. You’d think he'd grow out of it.
His tales of ghosts, vampires, ghouls, strange laboratory creations, and more have thus far been collected into twelve books and four inter-connected series: The Legend of Dracula, The Legend of Frankenstein, the Ghoul Family Chronicles, the Huang Zhou series, and he’s the creator of Cassiopeia The Witch, a small press comic book, relating the adventures of a modern-day Wiccan practitioner and lesbian who can’t seem to stay dressed. For over forty issues, Cass tangled with evil cults, intolerant fanatics, vengeful ghosts, ravening werewolves, and inhuman cryptids. Cassie’s original adventures are available once more in a four-volume set, with new material planned.
Mr. Lake survived the 2018 Camp Fire that destroyed the city of Paradise, California. He escaped through the flames with his laptop and all his stories.
