T.L. Wright is an athlete, coach, and cookbook author whose passion for performance nutrition grew from a personal journey. Her debut book, The SCD Athlete Cookbook: Over 250 Recipes and Meal Plans Following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet That Are Gluten-Free and Grain-Free for an Active Lifestyle, quickly ranked #1 in Paleo and #5 in Gluten-Free on Amazon as a new release and continues to perform strongly in sales today.
Her next two cookbooks are slated for Spring and Fall of 2026, one focused on gut-friendly travel recipes and SCD gourmet recipes for sharing and entertaining.
