At age eight, Georgeanne Brennan wrote her first cookbook. The recipes were written on lined foolscap paper stapled together with a bright yellow cover, titled 'My Recipes'. She's lived in Provence with her young family, where she raised goats and made cheese, and where she still has a home. Her best-selling memoir, 'A Pig in Provence', tells the tale. He books have been translated into more than a dozen languages, including Korean and Polish. Her forthcoming book, Market Memories Cookbook -celebrating 50 Years of the Davis Farmers Market, co-authored and co-illustrated with Ann M. Evans, will be published in June. She lives in Winters with her husband where she writes, gardens, cooks, paints, and welcomes her extended family.
