Cheryl Anne Stapp writes nonfiction California history. A native Californian born & raised in Sacramento, she graduated from California State University, Northridge; and during her last five years in Los Angeles, was a contributing editor to Working World, a regional magazine. Cheryl lives with her husband in Sacramento—in bygone days, an important Gold Rush town. Her titles have won awards from the Next Generation Indie Awards and the Independent Press Awards.
