Ann Chehak is a long-time member and a current director with the California Writers Club in Sacramento.
Her novels revolve around characters with vile intentions, facing danger and risks, and heroes intent on fighting evil. She writes mystery adventures set in California’s rugged mountains and windswept ocean coast.
Ann’s books portray contemporary women and men caught up in a mystery with secrets and conundrums—an entertaining adventure for readers. The evil villains are cunning and vile, but the heroes are up to the challenge.
Her novels include The Seaside Painting Caper and The Flying Horse Caper. The working title of her next exciting book is The Jeweled Chess Set.
Ann’s career includes writing project improvement manuals, regulations, project management plans, grants, and training manuals. For fun, she wrote a play, short stories, brochures, articles, and newsletters for organizations where she volunteered.
