Authors, please use this form to reserve a space at the 2025 Sacramento Book festival. Tables are $50. If you plan to share a table with another author, please let us know their name in the notes field at the end, and have them fill out this form too.

The event will take place at the Shepard Garden & Arts Center in McKinley Park from 10 AM-5 PM on May 31st, 2025.

Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by the Sacramento Book Festival staff. We have two indoor rooms and a partly shaded interior patio. For vendors in those spaces, the Center will provide a 6′ x 2.5′ table and two chairs.

To sign up for a table at the event, please fill out the form below. Once you submit it, you will be taken to the California Writer’s Club Square payments page. Please choose the Sacramento Book Festival 2025 “Get Tickets” option to make your payment.
